Introduction

Prior to use of the website belonging to companies in Suntory Food & Beverage International (SFBI) , please read carefully this terms and conditions and agree with it, otherwise, please allow SFBI to ask the customers (the users) to refrain from using the website. If the customers have used the website, SFBI understands the customers agree with all the terms and conditions require, as stated below.

1. Copyright

The copyright for contents in the website is belonging to SFBI, but SFBI does not have a copyright for the parts of contents provided from outsourcers. Copying, reproducing and reprinting from the website is prohibited, except in case of non-profit personal uses including a download, saving data into a personal computer, and print-out. In the situation beyond the legal condition for copy right, no one can use any content in the website without permission from owners of the copyright.

2. Trademarks	The trademarks and service marks appeared in the SFBI website are solely belonging to whoever is authorized for the right to use. Therefore, not anyone can use those marks without their permission.

3. Link	To make a link to the SFBI website, no permission is required. However the link would be cancelled, depending on the contents of a website or how the link is made. The URL for the link should be ‘www.sfbi.com.sg’ , stating clearly that is SFBI’s website.

4. Mail

SFBI replies to each email solely to individuals in response to their opinions and questions. SFBI has the copyright of all SFBI replies by e-mail, therefore others cannot use them on other websites or printed matters without permission. Neither partial nor all of the contents in a mail from SFBI is available for whoever’s use or reuse for their purposes without permission.
SFBI also replies by telephone calls or postal letters as well as emails, depending on the questions. Please understand that it might take more time than the customers expect, depending on the questions.
Please also allow SFBI to remind the customers to set up their email address properly in order to receive replies from SFBI, because SFBI very occasionally faces difficulty to get through it.

5. Cookie

In a part of the website, SFBI uses technology called Cookie, in order to make the website more useful. Within this technology, SFBI provides the customers with a useful function for them and collects statistic data regarding the state of use of the website.
Except for those purposes, Cookie is never related to personal information, unless the customers request for information saved in Cookie to help their input.
Cookie also cannot identify any individual customers with information saved in it.
If the customers change the set-up of their browsers by themselves, receiving Cookie can be refused, or a warning message can be displayed when the customers received Cookie. Please understand that, if refused, the SFBI website would be partially limited for their use.

6. Note	SFBI is not responsible for any mistakes in the website and for any troubles between a customer and a third party in the use of the website. SFBI is also not responsible for any troubles in software and hardware due to the use of SFBI website, and not for any other damages. Please understand any information and file names on the website might be changed without notice.
